These classes are specifically designed for those with the ever expanding bump (after 12  weeks)!

Small friendly group classes providing a safe environment to exercise during prengancy. Physiotherapist led exercise classes using expert knowledge of the body and pilates to increase flexibility, strength and stabilty during pregnancy, helping to reduce pain.
